PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Prodec movable wall partition is made of a high-quality anodized aluminum frame with environmentally composite materials. The panels move on a ceiling track without any requirement of the rails or guides on the floor. The panel has a standard thickness of 50mm~125mm, and a width of up to 1219mm. The maximum height can reach 21.0m.
MODEL DESCRIPTION
Premium semi-auto partition is our most advanced version of operable partition wall, instead of using one single electrical motor in the middle of the panel, in this new version each top and bottom retractable seals will be controlled by its own individual micro motors, which will work immediately after two elements are contacted, not only greatly reduce the weight of the panels, but also easy for maintain those motors, and provide the possibility of having transparency on the panels.
The elements are suspended from the shock-absorbing bolt, this can greatly reduce the transmission of impact and operating noise, within the bolt there is safety rope, preventing flexure orfracture of the bolts
The micro E-Motors system serves to retract and extend the both top and bottom horizontal seals of the individual elements, and also the telescopic elements, as soon as the elements are pushed together.
This eliminates the time for operating the crank, also avoids the operator forgetting to wind up the seals the micro motors are easy to take out and repair compare to the traditional semi auto
Each element is provided top and bottom with extendable upgrade sealing chamber, they are powered by the electric motor, and when extended, press against the floor surface and ceiling track. The constant spring pressure allows for automatic adapatability to floor unevenness
Power is transmitted from element to element via the contact, to control the sealing, even when the power is failure, it can be operated manually
Upgrade version of convex/concave positive locking with deep profile interlocking, along with magnetic strip, easy to contact
Elastic corner pieces increase the stability and sound insulation
