PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Prodec movable wall partition is made of a high-quality anodized aluminum frame with environmentally composite materials. The panels move on a ceiling track without any requirement of the rails or guides on the floor. The panel has a standard thickness of 50mm~125mm, and a width of up to 1219mm. The maximum height can reach 21.0m.

Classic Semi-Auto Operable Partition Wall

Semi-Auto type is the upgrade version from the manual type, with this system requires even less effort to operate the partition, the advantage of this system compare to the manual type is that it can greatly reduce the time for manually operate the retractable sealing strips, instead they will be controlled by the electric motor, saving a lot of time and effort.

1. Horizontal Seals
Excellent pressure from the upgrade sealing chamber, increase sound insulation and stability and even out floor irregularities.

2. Corner Seals
Elastic corner pieces increase the stability and sound insulation.

3. Element Connections
Upgrade version of convex/concave positive locking with deep profile interlocking, along with magnetic strip, easy to contact.

4. Cover Panels
Panel is clipped on the frame, can be replace without removing the elements, providing an excellent sound insulation.

5. Sound Insulation Material
Panel can be fitted with additional insulation material according to the requirements.

6. Operating Key
Crank handle for manually extending and retracting the sealing strips.

7. Frame
Reinforced steel structure and upgrade version aluminum construction with outstanding strength and sound insulation.

8. Electric Motor
The electric motor control the extension and retractable seal, can be operated manually.

9. Contacts
Power is transmitted from element to element via the contact, it eliminates the time for operating the crank, also avoids the operator forgetting to wind up the seals.

STACKING OPTIONS

There are various of stacked options based on the room situation, all the panels can form a compact package to save spaces, followings are the standard parking solutions, there are more other special possibility for stacking the panels as well.

Suitable for mono-direction, stacking the panels to one side, or distribute to both sides.

Suitable for multi-direction, panels can only be stacked to one side.

Suitable for multi-direction, where the storage room is away from the main track.

Q1: What about the leading time?

Sample needs about 3-5 days, small quantity need about 7 days, big quantity needs about 10-20 days for order quantity more than 300 square meter, premium type and semi-auto type need about 25 days.

We produce based on the order, no MOQ required.

Q3: Do you provide installation?

We can provide engineers to the site for guidance, client will need to cover all the cost during the installation period for the engineers.

Q4: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

Yes, we offer 2 years warranty to the classic type and 5 years warranty to the premium type.

Q5: Sample policy.

Client should bear the cost of the sample and the freight, the cost can be deducted from the order.

Q6: How is the soundproof quality?

From 30dB to 55dB, depends on the specific requirements from your project, classic version mainly serve as room divider, sound proof performance is weaker than premium type.
