PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Sunwood movable wall partition is made of a high-quality anodized aluminum frame with environmentally composite materials. The panels move on a ceiling track without any requirement of the rails or guides on the floor. The panel has a standard thickness of 50mm~125mm, and a width of up to 1219mm. The maximum height can reach 21.0m.
MODEL DESCRIPTION
Classic manual operable partition wall, designed for budget-intensive projects, is simple yet effective in optimizing room space. It is equipped with various track systems to ensure functionality in any circumstances. Each partition panel can be manually locked with a key, which triggers a powerful spring to control the up and down retractable seals, sealing gaps for sound insulation and panel locking. The side telescopic panel can also be manually controlled with a key to seal against the wall. This classical partition can reach a maximum height of 14m and is available in different thicknesses and finishes.
1. Horizontal Seals
Retractable seals for sealing the gap and fixing the panel to its position.
2. Track System
Various types of track system ensure the flexible movement of the partition.
One time trigger powerful spring mechanism, to control the retractable seals.
4. Acoustic Cotton
Sound insulation blanket to fill up the internal structure, to provide a better sound insulation performance.
5. Surface Boards
The raw finish can be covered with all kinds of materials for decoration.
6. Crank Key
Use the key to operable the retractable seals, only rotate 90 degrees clockwise can fully extend the seals.
7. Element Connections
Convex/concave with sealing strips, ensure the sound will not leak from the contacts.
TRACK SYSTEM
Mono - Direction
Mainly used for single suspension, which has only one direction of the track, but the panel can rotate 360 degrees from its center.
Multi - Direction
Used for double suspension, where the panel can slide into more directions, and provide more panel stacking options.
Base on the size of the panels, we can choose the system above accordingly, the aluminum system can only support the panel maximum up to 6m height, over 6m height will be using heavy duty steel system, because if the panel is too height, moving the trolley from the intersection will be difficult, the curved turn will be required for guiding the trolley to change direction automatically.
ELEMENT OPTIONS
There are various types of elements combined a whole set of partition wall, suitable for almost any kinds of circumstances and setting. STACKING OPTIONS
There are various of stacked options based on the room situation, all the panels can form a compact package to save spaces, followings are the standard parking solutions, there are more other special possibility for stacking the panels as well.
Suitable for mono-direction, stacking the panels to one side, or distribute to both sides.
